These Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or “Website” or “We” or “Us,” as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer."

If you visit, use, or shop at the site or any future site operated by us, you accept these Terms and Conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future services of the company or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with the company or third-party vendors, whether or not included in the site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or merchant. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.

By subscribing to or using any of our products or services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you subscribe to or use our products or services. If you do not want to be bound by the terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.


If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported to us by e-mail via your registered e-mail ID at (support@jesmaxstore.com) within 12 hours of delivery. Images of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures must be attached.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

You can return your order and seek a replacement for it under the following circumstances:

  • 1. The product is damaged/defective
  • 2. The product differs from the description on the website
  • 3. The wrong item (/Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity) has been delivered
  • 4. Specific parts/accessories to be included with the product are missing

Note: In case of an incomplete/damaged order, customers have to share an unboxing video while initiating the return.

Return Eligibility

  • If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery via your registered e-mail ID at (support@jesmaxstore.com). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via our helpline number: +91 9342430368.
  • The products must be unused.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and the original manufacturer's box/packaging, as delivered to you.
  • The invoice must be available.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page (such as Electronics, Cartridges, Safety, Tyres, Electricals & Car-Care) cannot be returned

Returning a Product

There are 2 ways to return your order:

  • As per the availability of our logistics partner, we will send a courier personnel to get the product picked up from your location within 2-3 business days
  • In some cases where we cannot provide return service, the customer needs to send the product to us at the “from” address, as mentioned on the delivered package, through India Post only. Once we receive the product, we will reverse the courier charges.

Once the product is sent, the customer needs to share the courier slip (if applicable) along with the following bank details at support@jesmaxstore.com

  • Account number
  • Account holder's name (Same as registered with jesmaxstore.com)
  • IFSC Code

On receiving the product, our team will conduct a thorough quality check, which usually takes up to 2 days. If our quality inspection team finds any discrepancy, we will re-ship the product to the customer. In such a scenario, the customer will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment to receive the product. No courier charges for sending the product will be reimbursed.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page (such as Electronics, Cartridges, Safety, Tyres, Electricals & Car-care, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased in a clearance sale will not be covered under the return policy.
  • Products sold as a combo cannot be returned individually.


Once the refund is approved, it will take 2-8 business days for you to receive the order amount based on your mode of payment.

  • For Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-4 business days
  • If the transaction is done through NEFT and Cheque, then the customer needs to share the below-mentioned details at our e-mail ID support@jesmaxstore.com from their registered e-mail ID:
    • 1. Account number
    • 2. Account Holder's name
    • 3. IFSC Code
  • After receiving the required information for a refund, the refund will be processed in 2 business days, and the same will reflect in your account in another 2 to 4 business days.
  • For EMI payment, the refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation

Items may be returned up to 5 days from receiving the order. We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.

Personalized items are made to order; we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges to personalized pieces once your order has been submitted.

After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship pan India!

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.


You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, it can be returned but not cancelled.

On receiving an order cancellation request, we will refund your order amount within 2-8 business days from the day of return package collection, depending upon your mode of payment.

Refunds shall only be generated for prepaid orders.

Cancellation Criteria

Your order can be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address (street number, landmark, etc.)
  • Incorrect product specification mentioned on jesmaxstore.com
  • If the area falls under "non-serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area", as specified by our logistics courier partner
  • In case of suspected fraudulent information
  • In exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" with the vendor, the product will be cancelled.
